The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-National Institute of Oceanography (CSIR-NIO), Goa, will celebrate its 84th Foundation Day with an Open Day on 26th September, inviting students across the state to explore marine resources through exhibitions, films, and talks on careers in oceanography.
