As Goa welcomes New Year 2026, Governor Shri Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju and Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant have extended warm greetings to the people of the State and Goans worldwide, urging unity, peace, self-reliance, and collective participation in Goa’s development journey.
To commemorate PM Narendra Modi’s birthday, the Goa Government will hold a 16-day Seva Pakhwada from September 17 to October 2, 2025, featuring campaigns around cleanliness, Vocal for Local, tree plantation, and awareness of central schemes.
On the occasion of Lokmanya Tilak Punyatithi, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant attended Patrakar Din 2025 at Ravindra Bhavan Sankhali.
