Goa welcomed the Christmas season with sparkle and elegance as the C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers, celebrating a remarkable 155 years of craftsmanship, inaugurated its highly anticipated Christmas Jewellery Exhibition. The showcase opened at Hotel Fidalgo, Panjim, on 12 December 2025, and will continue until 15 December, before moving to Hotel Nanutel, Margao, on 17 and 18 December 2025. The opening day saw an enthusiastic response from jewellery lovers, collectors, and festive shoppers, marking a successful start to the seasonal celebration.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Katya Ida Coelho, India’s first Women’s Wind Foiler, who lit the ceremonial lamp and praised the brand’s legacy and innovative spirit. Speaking at the event, Katya said, “It’s truly inspiring to see a 155-year-old Indian brand continue to innovate while staying rooted in its values. Walking through this exhibition feels like stepping into a world where history, art, and elegance come together beautifully. As someone who has represented India globally, I love seeing homegrown brands set new standards in luxury. Visitors were immersed in a festive world where heritage meets contemporary elegance. The exhibition features exquisite pieces, from radiant citrines and regal emeralds to luminous pearls and ethically crafted lab-grown diamonds, all curated to reflect the warmth and sparkle of Christmas.
