Goa’s rising table tennis talent will light up the Indoor Stadium, Campal, on December 14 as 28 teams from 16 schools battle at the Vishnu Sinai Dempo Memorial All Goa Inter School Invitational Tournament, featuring top young stars including Chandan Caro, Ishita Colaso, Vedant Wagle and more.
The Directorate of Sports & Youth Affairs, Goa has announced selection trials for the Under-19 Boys Table Tennis team to represent the state at the upcoming 69th National School Games. The trials will be held on November 12, 2025, at the Indoor Stadium, Campal, Panaji.
At the Yogasana State Championship 2025 held at Campal Indoor Stadium, athletes from Yog Seva Mangal Pratishthan achieved an extraordinary feat, securing a total of 13 medals — 4 Gold, 7 Silver, and 2 Bronze. Guided by Yoga Trainer Mr. Vishal Gawas, the young athletes displayed exceptional skill, discipline, and dedication, bringing great pride to Goa’s yoga community.
Goa’s young badminton prodigy Amaira Dhumatker, just nine years old, swept multiple honors at the All Goa Major Ranking Badminton Tournament held at Campal Indoor Stadium. She clinched Gold in Under-11 Girls Singles, Silver in Under-13 Girls Singles, and Silver in Under-13 Girls Doubles, along with the prestigious Outstanding Player of the Tournament award.
