Google is reportedly investing $6 billion to establish its largest AI data center outside the U.S. in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This 1-gigawatt facility includes $2 billion dedicated to renewable energy infrastructure, making it Asia’s biggest data center by capacity and investment. The project is expected to anchor Andhra Pradesh’s ambitious plan to build 6 GW of data center capacity in the next five years.
