St. Xavier’s College, Mapusa, has emerged victorious at the All Goa Model Youth Gram Sabha Competition 2.0, held at the Goa Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (GIPARD), Ella Farm, Old Goa. The competition, which saw participation from 18 colleges across the state, aimed to promote youth involvement in local self-governance and enhance awareness of grassroots democratic processes.
