As part of its ongoing #IronWill4GreenerPlanet initiative, Vedanta Sesa Goa organized an educational visit to the Sanquelim Reclaimed Mines (SRM) for National Service Scheme (NSS) students from Government College of Arts, Science and Commerce (GCASC), Khandola, and employees. The visit showcased the remarkable transformation of a former mining site into a sustainable, green ecosystem. The students were introduced to environmental practices like eco-friendly construction, sustainable fish farming, and the importance of biodiversity restoration. The initiative also encouraged students to become #SesaGreenWarriors, helping spread awareness about eco-conscious behaviors.
