JCI Sanquelim, in collaboration with JCI Mapusa, successfully organised an Effective Public Speaking (EPS) Training on March 29, 2026, offering participants a valuable platform to enhance their communication and leadership skills.
The training session was led by Pilot Faculty, JCI Senator Adv. Eeshan Usapkar, along with Co-Faculty JC Sharmila Valavalkar. The session was marked by high energy, engaging activities, and insightful learning, making it a truly enriching experience for all attendees.
Participants were guided through various aspects of effective communication, including confidence building, speech delivery, and audience engagement. The interactive nature of the training ensured active participation, helping individuals overcome stage fear and develop impactful speaking techniques.
The session received overwhelmingly positive feedback, with participants appreciating the trainers’ approach and the practical value of the learning experience. Many described the training as inspiring and transformative, highlighting its relevance in both personal and professional growth.
The event also recognised outstanding performers for their excellence during the training. JC Asmma from JCI Sanquelim and JC Kushboo from JCI Mapusa were awarded the Outstanding Participant titles, while JC Omkar earned the Outstanding Emerging Speaker Award for his impressive performance.
The successful execution of the training reflects JCI’s continued commitment to nurturing leadership, communication, and personal development among youth. The session not only strengthened public speaking skills but also created a memorable and motivating environment for all participants involved.
