Ashrafi ShetDesai Gaikwad Secures Podium Finish at Indian National Autocross Championship


Goa’s rising motorsport talent Ashrafi ShetDesai Gaikwad has achieved a significant milestone by securing her first podium finish at the Indian National Autocross Championship (INAC) 2026. Competing against more than 40 participants from across the country, she finished as the 2nd Runner-Up at the championship held on March 28 and 29 in Chikmagalur.


The journey to the podium was far from easy. The championship featured five intense qualifying rounds conducted across India over the past year, testing participants on skill, consistency, and endurance. Ashrafi’s determination and performance throughout the competition earned her a well-deserved place among the top contenders.
