St. Thomas Higher Secondary School Aldona has announced an outstanding performance in the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) Examination 2026 conducted by the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. The school recorded an impressive overall pass percentage of 90.37%, reflecting the consistent dedication of its students, teachers, and supportive parents.
The stream-wise performance highlights strong academic outcomes across disciplines. The Arts stream recorded a pass percentage of 91.1%, Commerce achieved 88.09%, Science secured 90.32%, while the Vocational (C.R.M) stream stood out with an exceptional 96.29%.
The institution celebrated several remarkable individual achievements. Miss Clesyia Sequeira secured a perfect 100 out of 100 in Psychology, bringing pride and recognition to the school. In the Vocational stream, Miss Carol Fernandes delivered an extraordinary performance by scoring a perfect 150 out of 150 in Food & Beverage Service, Bakery, and Accommodation Operations, showcasing excellence in skill-based education.
Among the top achievers, the Arts stream was led by Jassiel Colaco with 87%, followed by Deepali Mestry with 80% and Twisha Shirodkar with 78.16%. Annora Sequeira and Faraaz Khan also featured among the top ranks. In Commerce, Nelria Fernandes topped with 85.67%, closely followed by Rohan Pagare and Meheraj Kandgal, while Vedika Vazarkar also secured a strong position. Khusiben Chavda, Khushi Mayekar, and Tejas Hadfadkar were among the other high scorers.
In the Science stream, Clesyia Sequeira once again led with 84%, followed by Ritika Chodancar and Kanish Naik along with Paarthavi Haldankar. Shubra Naik and Elyshka Fernandes also performed commendably. In the Vocational stream, Carol Fernandes topped with an outstanding 97.75%, followed by Shorya Shet, Durva Polle, Tanisha Gaonkar, and Sanvi Ambre.
