JCI India Zone 11 has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with WOW Foundation to collaborate on initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and supporting individuals and families dealing with postpartum depression.

The partnership seeks to create greater awareness about mental health and encourage open conversations around emotional well-being. Through this collaboration, both organisations plan to conduct awareness programmes, educational sessions and community support activities.
The MoU was signed by Zone President JFM Adv Mamta Naik and Founder President of WOW Foundation Ketakii Parob. The signing ceremony was also attended by the Secretary of WOW Foundation and Zone Director Lady JC, JC Sharmila Valavalkar.

The objective of the agreement is to strengthen efforts in promoting emotional well-being, reducing stigma around mental health and providing guidance and support to those who need it most, particularly new mothers and their families.

With this collaboration, JCI India Zone 11 and WOW Foundation aim to build a healthier and more compassionate community where mental health is recognised as an essential part of overall well-being.
Both organisations expressed hope that the partnership will lead to impactful initiatives and make a positive difference in the lives of many.
