Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has made headlines, not for a film release, but for a ₹13 crore investment in a prime office property in Andheri West, Mumbai. Partnering with his parents, Mala and Manish Tiwari, the investment was officially registered in September 2025.
The property is located in Signature by Lotus, a prominent commercial building in Andheri West, offering a RERA carpet area of 176.98 sq m (1,905 sq ft) and a built-up area of 194.67 sq m (2,095 sq ft). Along with the space, the Aaryan family has secured three car parking spots. The deal included a stamp duty payment of ₹78 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.
Andheri West is considered one of Mumbai’s most desirable commercial hubs, with strong road, rail, and metro connectivity. Its proximity to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and key business centers like Bandra Kurla Complex, SEEPZ, and Lower Parel makes it a hotspot for professionals and investors.
Kartik, who started his career with Pyaar Ka Punchnama in 2011, has become one of Bollywood’s most bankable stars. With successful films such as Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Luka Chuppi, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, and Satyaprem Ki Katha, he has also now made a smart move into real estate, expanding his portfolio beyond cinema.
This investment reflects a growing trend among celebrities diversifying into real estate, leveraging prime locations in Mumbai to secure long-term value.
