This Sunday, dig into something fresh, nutritious, and super simple! Our Club Sandwich recipe is packed with color, texture, and health benefits—perfect for brunch, lunch, or an anytime bite.
🍞 Ingredients:
- 3 slices of bread
- 1 boiled egg (sliced)
- ½ cup shredded cabbage
- ½ cup grated carrot
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- ½ cucumber (sliced)
- 1–2 slices of boiled potato
- Pepper powder to taste
- Butter
🔪 Instructions:
- Butter all the bread slices.
- Layer 1: Bread slice (butter side down).
- Layer 2: Add egg, cabbage, carrot, and pepper.
- Layer 3: Second bread slice (butter side up).
- Layer 4: Add tomato, cucumber, potato.
- Top: Finish with the third bread slice (butter side up).
