On May 23rd, 2025, JCI Panaji proudly hosted a dynamic and engaging training session on “Interpersonal Relationship & Strategic Decision Making” exclusively for the staff of the Department of Art & Culture, Government of Goa. The event was part of the celebration of National Training Day 2025, a day dedicated to learning, growth, and the development of leadership and soft skills across communities.

The session was facilitated by Provincial National Trainer & Zone Secretary, JC Sharmila Valavalkar, whose expertise and engaging delivery kept the participants actively involved throughout. Her guidance empowered attendees to explore new approaches to workplace communication and decision-making.

A total of 59 enthusiastic staff members from the Department of Art & Culture participated in the training. Their involvement and energy contributed to a rich learning environment and reflected the department’s commitment to continuous professional development.
