Panaji, May 8, 2025 — The Department of Tourism, Government of Goa, directs all Agro Farm and Spice Plantation operators, with or without accommodation facilities, to register their establishments under the Goa Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1982 and Rules 1985 within 15 working days from the date of this circular i.e. May 08, 2025.
It has been observed that several such entities are currently operating without the required permissions, NOCs, or licences from the Department of Tourism.
This directive aims to ensure legal compliance, promote transparency, and uphold standards within the tourism sector.
