Goa Minister Subhash Phal Dessai Celebrates Gudi Padwa with Family


In a heartwarming gesture, Goa’s Minister for Social Welfare, Archives & Archeology, River & Navigation, Subhash Phal Dessai, celebrated Gudi Padwa with his family at his residence in Sanguem. The auspicious occasion marked the beginning of the new year, and Minister Dessai took to social media to share his joy and extend warm wishes to everyone.
