The second edition of the Bulbul Children’s International Film Festival got off to a spectacular start at the Ravindra Bhavan in Margao, Goa. The festival was inaugurated by Art and Culture Minister Govind Gaude, who was joined by several dignitaries, including Margao MLA and festival Vice-Chairman Digambar Kamat, Navelim MLA Ulhas Tuenkar, and Margao Municipal Chairperson Damu Shirodkar.

In his address, Minister Gaude emphasized the importance of hard work and dedication in achieving success. He urged the children to seize opportunities as they come, saying, “Opportunities knock at the door only once.” The minister also praised the architects and designers of the Ravindra Bhavan, acknowledging their role in creating a world-class venue.
Margao MLA Digambar Kamat commended the organizers for their meticulous planning, highlighting the exceptional performance by children in the first event. He encouraged the community to support the festival, just as they did last year. The Bulbul Children’s International Film Festival promises to be an unforgettable experience, showcasing a diverse range of films from around the world.
