Goan Student and Educator Selected for PM’s ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’


Nandini Velip, a student from PM SHRI Government High School, Morpirla, in Quepem taluka, Goa, has been selected to participate in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ in New Delhi. She will be accompanied by her Headmistress, Maria Murena Miranda, a National Awardee.

This prestigious event provides a platform for students, teachers, and parents to discuss exam-related stress and strategies for success. Nandini’s selection is a testament to her exceptional academic record and her enthusiasm for extracurricular activities.

In her video submission for ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’, Nandini spoke about the importance of exams in helping students discover their capabilities and develop a positive mindset. She emphasized that exams are not just about scoring marks, but about developing a positive outlook toward life and building confidence to face challenges.

Maria Murena Miranda expressed her joy and pride in Nandini’s selection, stating that this is her second time participating in ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ in New Delhi. She was recently invited by the Honourable President for a reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
